Prenatal exercise doesn’t have to be confusing. I take all the guesswork out of strength training workouts to keep you safe and feeling your best!
- follow along strength training workout videos for all 3 trimesters of your pregnancy
- 30 minute circuit style workouts that can be done in the comfort of your own home
- 3 strength training workouts are provided per week of pregnancy (full body + deep core, lower body + deep core, upper body + deep core)
- breathing basics, deep core engagement while pregnant, deep core work included (pelvic floor and transverse abdominis focus)
- prenatal exercise modifications
- each workout follows current prenatal exercise recommendations
- a comment section is provided on each workout for mamas to leave feedback and communicate with other moms
- direct communication with a pre/postnatal exercise specialist to help tailor your program to fit your individual prenatal exercise needs
